Business Philosophy My sales and marketing strategy is based upon the philosophy that no two homeowners or homes are alike. Different life stages, life experiences and financial circumstances influence different decisions. By taking a holistic approach with my clients - taking the time to understand their lifestyles and life goals - I'm able to deliver a real estate experience and outcome that meets each buyer's and seller's distinct needs. Professional Experience & Strengths Fifteen years of corporate communications and change management experience have served me well as a real estate agent. They've given me the foundation and skills necessary to seamlessly guide clients through the life-changing experience of home buying. Similarly, clients who list their homes with me benefit from my expertise in community relations, public relations and marketing. Community Involvement I believe the second, most important investment a person can make is an investment in their community. (The first most important is a house!) Over the past seven years, I've invested my time and resources to helping improve the lives of the homeless and working poor in Jefferson County through a nonprofit called The Action Center (theactioncenterco.org). As a volunteer and board member of this organization, I feel privileged to be part of a movement to enable self-sufficiency among people who are struggling to make ends meet. From collecting school supplies and food for families in need to fundraising, I enjoy every bit of my work with The Action Center.
